Єврокомісія: Жоден з кандидатів на вступ до єврозони не відповідає критеріям
Європейська комісія оприлюднила звіт, в якому надала оцінку прогресу, досягнутому країнами-членами, що не входять до єврозони, на шляху до запровадження євро.
Про це повідомила пресслужба Єврокомісії, пише "Європейська правда".
Звіт охоплює шість країн-членів, що не входять до єврозони, які юридично зобов'язалися запровадити євро: Болгарія, Чехія, Угорщина, Польща, Румунія та Швеція.
"У звіті зроблено висновок, що держави-члени, які розглядаються у звіті, демонструють змішані результати з точки зору номінальної конвергенції. Жодна з цих країн-членів наразі не відповідає всім критеріям, необхідним для вступу до єврозони", – йдеться у звіті ЄК.

При цьому Болгарія є єдиною країною, яка відповідає всім критеріям, окрім одного, і національне законодавство якої можна вважати сумісним з правилами Економічного і валютного союзу.
У звіті також зазначається, що законодавство Болгарії можна вважати сумісним із законодавством ЄС за умови дотримання умов і тлумачень, викладених у Звіті про конвергенцію.
Національне законодавство в грошово-кредитній сфері не повністю сумісне з правилами Економічного і валютного союзу в інших п'яти досліджуваних країнах, додали в Єврокомісії.
Вступ до єврозони є відкритим процесом, що базується на правилах. Звіт ґрунтується на критеріях конвергенції, викладених у статті 140(1) Договору про функціонування Європейського Союзу. Критерії конвергенції включають цінову стабільність, стійкість державних фінансів, стабільність обмінного курсу та зближення довгострокових відсоткових ставок.
Прем’єр-міністр Чехії Петр Фіала раніше заявляв, що його уряд не буде займатися питанням переходу на євро. Як зазначив чеський прем’єр, до кінця виборчого періоду Чехія не відповідатиме критеріям, необхідним для запровадження євро.
Варто також зазначити, що згідно з останніми опитуваннями, переважна більшість поляків не хочуть, щоб їхня країна приєдналася до єврозони.
