Фінляндія планує обмежити угоди з нерухомістю: занепокоєння викликають росіяни
Міністр оборони Фінляндії Антті Хяккянен заявив про намір обмежити угоди з нерухомістю в республіці для осіб, які не з країн ЄС.
Про це він заявив виданню Uutissuomalainen.
"Фінляндія має намір посилити умови видачі дозволів на операції з нерухомістю особами і компаніями ззовні меж Євросоюзу та Європейської економічної зони загалом. Триває пошук юридичного обґрунтування цього рішення, яке ухвалюватимуть уже навесні", - сказав він.
За словами Хяккянена, обмеження означатимуть, наприклад, що в майбутньому суворіше контролюватиметься здача нерухомості в оренду і буде досліджена передісторія вже проданих об'єктів.

Також, тепер усі покупці нерухомості, які не входять до Європейського Союзу (ЄС) або не входять до Європейської економічної зони, повинні отримати дозвіл на купівлю від Міністерства оборони.
Водночас радник міністра в Міністерстві оборони Ану Саллінен у коментарях фінським ЗМІ акцентував увагу винятково на угодах з нерухомістю, які здійснюють громадяни Росії.
Як повідомляє видання Yle, купівля нерухомості росіянами зросла на 64 відсотки у 2022 році порівняно з попереднім роком, незважаючи на різні обмеження, спрямовані проти росіян.

Росіяни здійснили 298 угод із нерухомістю 2022 року, тоді як 2021 року їх було 182.
Востаннє подібний рівень таких операцій з нерухомістю спостерігався у Фінляндії 2014 року, коли громадянам Росії було продано 287 об'єктів нерухомості.
