Дуда заблокував звільнення урядом Туска голови Національної прокуратури
Президент Польщі Анджей Дуда відхилив рішення уряду про звільнення Даріуша Барського з посади голови Національної прокуратури, що ускладнило зусилля прем'єр-міністра Дональда Туска з реформування судової системи.
Як пише "Європейська правда", про це у Twitter (X) повідомила канцелярія польського президента, який поговорив з Барським та заступниками генерального прокурора.
"Він (Дуда) повідомив, що не давав згоди на звільнення Національного прокурора, а також не висловлював думки щодо призначення нового Національного прокурора", – йдеться в заяві.
З огляду на вищезазначене, зазначають у повідомленні Дуди, президент підкреслив, що, відповідно до чинного законодавства, національним прокурором є Барський.
Раніше Барський, якого позбавили повноважень заступника генерального прокурора Польщі та звільнили з посади голови Національної прокуратури, заявив, що такі дії нового польського уряду є протиправними.
Перед цим міністр юстиції Польщі Адам Боднар пішов на рідкісний крок і оголосив про позбавлення повноважень заступника генпрокурора Даріуша Барського, якого вважають лояльним до попередника Боднара, голови правої партії "Солідарна Польща" Збігнєва Зьобро.
Серед іншого, перед своєю відставкою минулого року Зьобро розпорядився передати більшість своїх прокурорських повноважень національному прокурору, тобто заступнику. Так, імовірно, він розраховував зберегти вплив на ухвалення рішень.
Ситуація в прокуратурі Польщі є черговим кроком уряду Туска з позбавлення інституцій впливу попередньої влади "Права і справедливості". Минулого місяця, приміром, він звільнив прихильне до "ПіС" керівництво державних медіа.
